Returns & Exchanges
At Xmen, we take pride in offering well-crafted, premium t-shirts at affordable prices. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, we’re here to help. Kindly review the guidelines below:
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date we receive your returned item.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or its fit, you can return it. A nominal Return Fee of ₹200 per product will be charged. This helps cover costs for pickup, packaging, and logistics.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please return it to us along with your order number. Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. However, we allow size exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the transportation/shipping charges involved in the exchange process.

Once your exchange is acknowledged, send the product to our return address. Please note we do not offer reverse pickup.

Kindly obtain a receipt from your courier with a signature and contact number, as Xmen is not liable for lost return shipments.
The exchanged product must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at xmen.in1919@gmail.com.

By placing an order, you agree to accept Xmen’s decisions on cancellations.
Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes
If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note to your email. It can be used within 30 days for any future purchase on xmen.in.
Partial Order Exchange
We allow partial exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. However, not all items may be eligible.
Fit Issues
If the product doesn’t fit, reach out for a size exchange within 48 hours. If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll provide a credit note.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/Returns
We do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction with color or fabric feel. Please read product descriptions carefully.

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences (10-12% may occur).

Washed, worn, or damaged items.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
